BIOLUMIQUE s.p. undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If the company BIOLUMIQUE s.p. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, will contact the customer by phone or email. All other products ordered will be delivered. The "Returns and Claims" page contains the following information and additional explanations regarding the following items: conditions, deadlines and procedures for exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and the form "Notice of unilateral termination of the contract" in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 81 of the Consumer Protection Act. the buyer's obligation to bear the costs of returning the goods in the event that he decides to use his right to unilaterally cancel the contract from Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, as well as information on the costs of returning the goods in the case of contracts concluded at a distance, when due to the nature of the goods it is not possible to return them goods using the regular postal service. the fact that, in the event that the buyer decides to exercise his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act after submitting a notice of intent in accordance with Article 68 or 77 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller a reasonable proportion of the price in in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 84 of the Consumer Protection Act. the fact that the buyer cannot use the right to unilaterally cancel the contract from Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act in cases where this right is excluded based on Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, and information about the conditions under which the buyer loses the right to unilaterally cancel the contract . The seller is responsible for material defects of the goods in accordance with the relevant positive regulations.

The mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, a petition can be submitted to the Honorable Court of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce or a proposal for conciliation can be submitted to conciliation centers. The procedure before the honorable courts is conducted in accordance with the Decree on the Honorable Court of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and the Decree on the Honorable Court of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, which stipulate that the members of the courts are not only independent legal experts and trade representatives, but also consumer representatives. Conciliation proceedings before conciliation centers are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Conciliation Procedures and in accordance with the Decree on Conciliation Procedures before Conciliation Centres.
